Every day, children are being put on puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, and irreversible surgical procedures that leave lifelong physical and emotional scars. 

Twenty-seven U.S. states have taken action — but children are still being harmed in the remaining states, and the influence of this ideology is spreading globally.

Children of the USA exists for one purpose:
to stop the hormonal and surgical mutilation of children, everywhere.

We are working to advance the Chloe Cole Act — federal legislation that would finally ban gender mutilation of minors nationwide.

This bill, now introduced in Congress, would outlaw puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, and surgical procedures for anyone under 19, protecting children across all 50 states.
